No one in my family likes coleslaw, so we made corned beef and cabbage instead. We make corned beef and cabbage all the time because it’s really good.

We cooked it in crockpots because it’s easier to cook than on the stove. We cook in two crockpots because I have four brothers that eat a lot.
My mom cut the cabbage because it was too hard for me. I cut the twelve potatoes with a big knife for the first time.
This is the corned beef and cabbage when it was done.
