Making Lego Parts

Ever since I started making stuff out of Lego Technic, I’ve had a shortage of frame and panel pieces. Since we got our 3D printer, I’ve been trying to find 3D print files for those parts. Then yesterday, I found some print files for a bunch of Lego parts.

I wanted to print the frames is grey, but I only had enough for one and printed the rest in white and so far I’ve printed 16 frames and I’m going to try printing the panels in bronze and blue, a few different frames in white, and beams in black.

I’ve also been trying to find a working Lego water pump, but I can’t find one. The last one I made couldn’t make a vacuum to suck the water in and melted. There is a company in South Korea that made Lego compatible water pumps, but they stopped making them a few years ago.

Here are two of the panels I’m printing.

I found these files on yeggi.com and Thingiverse.com.
