Super Soakers

A few months ago, I wanted to make my Nerf Soak Zooka hold more water because it only holds under half a gallon of water normally. It took me about a week to collect four one-gallon milk jugs and a bunch of caps.

I started by cutting holes in the bottom and sides of the milk jugs and using hot glue to glue them together. First, I put the garden hose hookup on the side of the tank. But then I found that the water pressure just burst the seams on the jugs. I had to glue a bunch of PVC pipes to the bottom of the tank so that there wouldn’t be any pressure on the tank. Then I had to make the tubes connecting the gun to the tank bigger so more water could go through. Now the only issue is the gun swells a few inches on the sides due to the water having to go through the really small check valve. The gun works fine though and I don’t have to fix it.
