I made the peach cobbler smoothie. I only made one for myself because my brothers didn’t want one. I made it a little differently than the recipe said. I made it with vanilla extract, vanilla protean powder, and stevia. It tasted like orange sherbet ice cream.

I made the chunky apple sauce. Because I have 3 brothers I made twice the amount then what it said. My brothers liked it. My mom skinned the apples and I cut them. I put them in the pot with the other ingredients. It was gone on the 2nd or 3rd day since making it.

I made salsa. I seeded the tomatoes with a spoon. I cut the cilantro. My mom seeded the serrano peppers.

I couldn’t make the flower petal salad because the grocery store didn’t have any edible flowers. I made a kale salad instead. It had green and red cabbage, cranberries, broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts, pepitas, poppyseed dressing, and radicchio.

No one in my family likes coleslaw, so we made corned beef and cabbage instead. We make corned beef and cabbage all the time because it’s really good.

We didn’t have time to get the ingredients to make the salsa, so my mom had me make dinner with her instead. We made fried brats and potatoes with sautéed onions and green bell peppers. My little brother, Chuck, liked it so much he had three servings of the sausage.

My mom sliced the potatoes because she has very sharp knives. I helped put on the butter, salt, pepper, and olive oil. they took a lot longer to cook than the recipe said.
