This year for my birthday we went to Wahooz. Wahooz is a big fun zone in the city we live in. They have go karts, mini golf, an arcade, bumper boats, laser tag, a jungle gym, and bumper cars. They also had a restaurant that we went to. We were there all day.

I made the peach cobbler smoothie. I only made one for myself because my brothers didn’t want one. I made it a little differently than the recipe said. I made it with vanilla extract, vanilla protean powder, and stevia. It tasted like orange sherbet ice cream.

Because I thought the orange and onion salad would be gross, I made spinach and sausage soup. We’ve made it like three times before I started this class. I made the chunky apple sauce. Because I have 3 brothers I made twice the amount then what it said. My brothers liked it. My mom skinned the apples and I cut them. I put them in the pot with the other ingredients. It was gone on the 2nd or 3rd day since making it.

I made salsa. I seeded the tomatoes with a spoon. I cut the cilantro. My mom seeded the serrano peppers.

I couldn’t make the flower petal salad because the grocery store didn’t have any edible flowers. I made a kale salad instead. It had green and red cabbage, cranberries, broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts, pepitas, poppyseed dressing, and radicchio.

No one in my family likes coleslaw, so we made corned beef and cabbage instead. We make corned beef and cabbage all the time because it’s really good.
