Reassembling The Beep

Yesterday, I started reassembling the front end of the Beep.

The bolts that are on both sides of the radiator went in much easier than they came out because all the threads had been heated and the rust removed as I took them out the first time.

Now neither fenders line up correctly, because when I was sanding them, I was pushing the wire wheel into it as it heated up. Even though I had them supported in the center while I was sanding them and pressing as light as I could, both the fenders are at weird angles. The left one was the hardest to get on because it was the one that flattened out the most from the sanding and on the very front of it, it’s touching the bottom of the light guard. The right one was easier to put back on, but the back end of the hood hits it when you close it.

Where the hood hits the fender.
Found new bumperettes, taillight mounts, and taillights.
